The Microbiology and Biotechnology Laboratory (LAMBio-IPEEC) carried out a root sampling of plants of Atriplex lampa and Salicornia, to study the endophytic microorganisms in the roots of these plants adapted to grow with treated fish effluents. These studies will allow exploring and understanding plant-microorganism interactions and identifying strains relevant to plant growth.
