The agreement signed with the Rawson Port Authority establishes a joint effort to remove and reuse containers discarded by fishing activity.
Containers that are in good condition are washed, refurbished by RASA, and then donated to schools and community institutions.
Those containers that have perforations are sent to the Biosaline Farm, where we use them to protect delicate crops from consumption by small herbivores.
Thanks to this initiative, we have already recycled hundreds of containers so far this year.
