With great joy and as every spring the lagoon where the treated effluents are disposed of is colonized by flamingos. These birds in vulnerable conservation status, choose the brackish lagoon body where the treated liquids are found, because they find there a large number of small invertebrates -food source-. Giving an adequate treatment to industrial fishing effluents transforming them into a suitable environment for the development of avifauna, was one of our founding pillars. Today we are very happy to have achieved that goal.
